Conditions for Return

Timeframe: You must notify us of your intent to return an item within 30 days of receiving it. 

Quality Guarantee: Returns are accepted if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product received.

Return Shipping: All returns must be sent at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items.

Exchanges: Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
