How to Practice
Find a comfortable space: Lie down in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Use a yoga mat, blanket, and pillows for support.
Listen with headphones: For the best immersive experience, headphones are recommended.
Set the intention: Before starting, silently set the intention to relax deeply and bring balance to the specific chakra you are focusing on.
Simply listen: There is nothing you need to do other than listen to the sound of the voice and follow the instructions without actively trying to concentrate.
Rest afterward: Allow yourself a few moments of silent rest and reintegration after the recording ends before getting up.
